A multiplier event was organized by TEXSTRA partner, Kaunas University of Technology,  in its Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Design with students related to textile and fashion engineering.

The multiplier event has hosted by professors involved in the implementation of TEXSTRA project, prof. Rimvydas Milašius, prof. Daiva Mikučionienė and assoc. prof. Audronė Ragaišienė. The audience of the event were bachelor students at the “Fashion Engineering” program which has two specializations: “Textile Engineering” and “Apparel Fashion Engineering”. In total, 9 students from the first year, 10 from the second year and 11 from 3rd year, making a total of 30 students.

Among the different participants, 11 students expressed their interest in participating to further activities in the TEXSTRA project implementation and are interested to participate in the intensive course (“summer school”) that will be organized by the project members in the University of Minho in Portugal from July 15th to 19th 2019.
