TEXSTRA project was presented at the International Conference of Virtual Learning – ICVL’2019 organized by University of Bucharest, Faculty of Mathematics and Computers Science, Bucharest, Romania

In October, 25 – 26, 2019, TUIASI participated at the International Conference on Virtual Learning – ICVL’2019 with a paper entitled: “Virtual internship in higher education for transferring research and innovation through project – based learning”. The presentation was included in the conference program in the topic Technologies & Virtual Laboratory and was published in the conference Proceedings  (http://www.c3.icvl.eu/files/program_ICVL2019.pdf).

The conference gathered representatives from universities and high schools from Romania and other EU and non-EU countries. Also, TEXTRA flyers were distributed among the participants.

The conference provided the opportunity to present the concept of virtual internship and its applicability in the Textiles & Clothing sector. This concept raised interest among the participants and they expressed their opinion on the advantages offered by a mixed form of internship.
